Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, estimation software, and market rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with financial plans.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor/vendor bills, and manage payment schedules.
• Prepare and review contractual documents, including tenders and agreements.
• Coordinate with the project team to track material consumption and site progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
