Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at KnJ Projects Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with excellent surveying skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate quantity surveying activities on construction projects.
Conduct site surveys to gather data and prepare reports on project progress.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate measurements and calculations.
Develop and implement effective surveying techniques to improve project efficiency.
Analyze data from surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on project status and progress to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles and practices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.
