Familiarity with construction management software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS). Extensive experience with high-value, complex projects. Strong understanding of commercial and legal aspects of construction contracts. Ability to analyze and report project financials accurately.
