Quantity Surveyor - Industrial / Construction Project - Ahmedabad

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. - Review and verify contractor bills, work measurements, and rate analysis. - Prepare and maintain project cost reports, budgets, and progress summaries. - Evaluate variation claims and support contract administration. - Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for smooth billing and cost control. - Maintain documentation related to quantities, material reconciliation, and cost records. - Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with project requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. in Civil Engineering. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Good understanding of industrial civil works and material specifications. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
