Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure to residential high-rise projects. The role involves end-to-end quantity management, billing, cost control, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off from drawings and preparation of BOQs
• Contractor RA billing, certification, and reconciliation
• Cost control, rate analysis, and budgeting support
• Preparation and evaluation of extra items and variation claims
• Material reconciliation and coordination with site execution teams
• Close coordination with accounts team for billing and payment tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in residential apartment projects
• Strong knowledge of billing, BOQs, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
