Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This role requires working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project costs are accurately estimated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and independently
• Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
