The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and reporting project costs, and developing detailed cost plans. The role also involves ensuring cost efficiency throughout project lifecycles and contributing to overall project performance through rigorous cost control procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting Experience in preparing and managing BOQ Expertise in Cost Planning and financial efficiency in projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies Ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment
