Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough bill checking and verification of quantities to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Utilize ERP systems and AutoCAD software to assist in project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to provide cost-effective solutions and value engineering.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues related to costs and contracts.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project documentation.
• Provide support during project audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and AutoCAD software.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
