We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge of AutoCAD to oversee and manage cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and billing at the construction site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing BOQs, interpreting architectural and structural drawings, and collaborating with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate billing and project cost control. BOQ & EstimationPrepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural and structural drawings. Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimates from AutoCAD drawings and site measurements. Assist in preparing project cost estimates and budgets. 📌 Billing & DocumentationPrepare and certify client and subcontractor bills as per work progress. Maintain records of all quantities executed at site. Coordinate with site engineers to track daily progress for monthly RA bills.
