Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveying (QS) Responsibilities:
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimates.
Conduct rate analysis, material take-off, and cost comparison.
Manage contract documentation, including tendering, billing, and variation claims.
Track project cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Verify subcontractor bills, vendor invoices, and progress measurements.
Coordinate with the site team for daily progress reports and material reconciliation.
Exp: 3+ years
Salary up to 60K (Depends on exp and previous salary)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
