Relevant experience of working in construction and interior fit-out projects. 3. Knowledge of construction methods and technology. 4 Good understanding of general contracting, design-build, package contracting and lumpsum in commercial fit-outs, residential, hotel or retail projects. 5. Proficient in Autocad and advanced MS-Excel. 6. Familiarity with market rates. 7. Tech-savvy, self-starter with high integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
