Desired Candidate Profile * 4-9 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field. * Strong understanding of estimation engineering principles and practices. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).

Role & responsibilities : Having strong understanding of BOQs, HVAC related equipment's like chiller, AHUs, pump, CT, valves, ducting & electrical etc. Technical Submittals, Calculation of Material to be installed, Tracker sheet, Daily/Monthly/yearly progress reports, Site Handover documentation, scheduling, vendor bill verification, on site verification if required. Any tender or site related document submission. Preferred candidate profile : HVAC Project Planning, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Draftsman - Project Engineer.

Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer. Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures. Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests. Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignements. Identifies discrepancies in results.
