The Balance Sheet Management Senior Lead Analyst role within the Balance Sheet Integrated Solution group involves addressing complex Treasury challenges through both traditional methods and advanced techniques, such as AI/ML. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams (Capital, IRRBB, FTP, Non-Market Risk, Methodology) to achieve strategic outcomes by utilizing your expertise in mathematics, quantitative finance, programming, and data science. Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are crucial for influencing diverse stakeholders and guiding junior team members. You will be tasked with: - Identifying, designing, and implementing solutions ranging from traditional analytical methods to AI/ML to address key Treasury challenges. - Developing and managing Python libraries, adhering to SDLC best practices, and sharing code on GitHub with comprehensive documentation. - Overseeing the model pipeline and ensuring compliance with Model Risk Management guidelines. - Extracting, cleansing, and preparing large datasets using SQL and other data manipulation techniques for advanced analytics. - Creating impactful Tableau dashboards to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. - Driving platform and model strategy, project prioritization, and forward-looking analytics to align with organizational goals. - Collaborating with various teams to deliver timely, data-driven solutions that enhance business decision-making processes. Qualifications for this role include: - 10+ years of relevant experience in finance/banking, with expertise in Balance Sheet Management, Capital, IRRBB, Transfer Pricing, or related areas. - Strong background in mathematics, quantitative finance, programming, and data science, including experience in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering practices, along with familiarity with tools like Tableau and Excel, as well as version control using GitHub. - Demonstrated ability to architect, maintain, and scale analytics pipelines within SDLC frameworks, from data ingestion to model deployment. - Knowledge of capital markets activities, liquidity planning, and balance sheet analytics. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) such as Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar. In addition, the role requires expertise in coding, Python, Tableau, understanding and designing quantitative methods, and data science.
