As a Full-Time Trainer at our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing students" quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills. You will need to have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in training to effectively design and deliver engaging training sessions. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive training modules, conducting interactive sessions covering various aspects of problem-solving, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and critical thinking. You will be required to utilize various teaching methods to assess students" progress through assignments and quizzes, providing personalized feedback to enhance their analytical abilities. Collaboration with instructional designers will be crucial to ensure the effectiveness of training materials. Additionally, you will prepare detailed training reports outlining objectives, content, methodology, and outcomes, showcasing the progress and achievements of participants. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, along with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to connect with diverse audiences, and proficiency in using training tools and technologies for interactive learning is required. Your enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development, coupled with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, will be beneficial in adapting to changing training needs and environments. Moreover, you must be open to traveling across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for training purposes, with all travel, food, and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
