The Role We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our core product-engineering team. You’ll work closely with the founders and designers to build intuitive, scalable user experiences that power our tax solutions. You’ll contribute across the stack, but with a strong emphasis on the interface, performance, and usability . What You’ll Do Build responsive, modern UI components using React (or Vue/Angular) and CSS frameworks Architect clean and maintainable front-end code while integrating with RESTful or GraphQL APIs Collaborate with designers to bring Figma mockups to life with attention to detail and UX Work with back-end services built with Node.js / Express / Python and connected to databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) Take ownership of features from idea to deployment in a fast-paced, iterative environment Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability Help define the engineering culture and tech choices in a greenfield product What We’re Looking For Must-Have: 0-2 years of experience in full stack or front-end-focused development roles Strong proficiency in JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 Experience with React (or Vue, Angular) and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.) Familiarity with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Express, Python) Knowledge of building and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL) Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development Strong attention to performance, usability, and UI consistency Bonus: Exposure to TypeScript , Next.js , or TailwindCSS Experience building products in FinTech Passion for building 0–1 products in early-stage startups Why Join Us Real ownership over what you build Solve real-world pain points in the tax & finance domain
