As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of IT support technicians to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include managing the team's workload, providing technical guidance, training new team members, monitoring performance, resolving conflicts, and driving process improvements. Effective communication with team members, management, and stakeholders, as well as compliance with company policies and industry standards, will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess an Engineering Diploma/BE Degree/BTech along with certifications in ITIL V4 and Microsoft Azure Administrator/Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience in Azure AD and On-prem management, Intune policy creation and implementation, Windows Server Management, MDE and compliance management, Qualys tool in vulnerability management, VLAN and Network troubleshooting, Netskope cloud proxy solution, DLP, and various Audit management practices like ISO 27001 and PCIDSS. Furthermore, you must stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT support to provide continuous learning and development opportunities for your team. Maintaining accurate documentation of IT support processes and procedures is crucial for ensuring efficient operations and user satisfaction.
