As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines following standard operating procedures (SOP). Your duties will include performing basic machine maintenance and cleaning, ensuring production targets are met with quality standards, and promptly reporting any malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor. It is crucial to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Additionally, you will be expected to record daily production output and machine performance. To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of mechanical or CNC machinery (training will be provided if you are a fresher). The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions is essential. Being physically fit and willing to work in shifts, having attention to detail, and being quality-focused are key qualities for this position. A willingness to learn and grow in a production environment is highly valued. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food and Provident Fund. Weekend availability is required, and there is a possibility of earning a performance bonus. The shift available is the day shift, and the work location is in person.
