Sourcing Executive / Asset Management Hyderabad, India. Work Dynamics (Integrated Facilities Management) What this job involves: Asset Management Maintain a centralized record of facility assets, including equipment, furniture, and fixtures. Track asset status, locations, and custodians using an asset management system or database. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and condition of assets, and update records accordingly. Support asset tagging, labelling, and identification processes. Roles & Responsibilities Review and understand technical specifications of Stakeholder Purchase Requisition. Upload in the Internal Purchase Requisition Tracker. Send RFQ/RFP to the respective vendors and ask for sample if required for quality verification. Negotiate terms and prices with vendor/supplier to ensure cost-efficiency and quality. Coordinate with the internal department HOD for sample quality validation. Validate Quotation as per the requirements. Developed and Maintained relationship with key suppliers/vendors for smooth communication and to meet required expectations. Making sure that all the procured items must meet the required quality standards and specification. Maintain supplier/vendors database up to date. Prepare Price Comparison sheet and submit for approval to the authority signatory. Prepare POR and send to JLL Corporate Office for to raise Purchase Order as per company policy & procedures. Upload POR information in the tracker. Email PO Copy to the respective vendors/suppliers along with the stakeholders. Follow up the delivery status and keep posted to the Storekeeper and Concern department. Resolve problems arise in goods like discrepancies, damage, and wrong deliver. Document Control: PR record tracker. POR record tracker. PO Copies. Record keeping and Reporting: PO copies digital. Quotation digital. Location: On-site Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48

Your main tasks will include working according to HSE requirements and obtaining all necessary technical elements from the customer for design purposes, such as gap and flushness requirements, surrounding parts, and interfaces. You will be responsible for proposing technical solutions to the Engineering Project Manager (EPM) while considering existing documents in the OP network, such as design standards, PODS, lessons learned, and benchmark reports. Additionally, you will oversee and manage the design of parts and products, analyzing feasibility with regards to functional specifications from the customer. You will coordinate the technical flow of information with the CAD office and Tier 2 suppliers, ensuring the quality of CAD files and updating 3D data, 2D drawings, and parts attributes in the OP CAD file database. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the toolmaker and Injection & Tooling Engineer to optimize part design, define tuning zone areas before tool kick-off, and validate 2D/3D drawings before submission to the project for approval. For parts designed by Tier 2 suppliers, you will provide necessary data, analyze design planning, validate design aspects, and provide feedback for improvements. In the case of parts designed by POAE, you will supply data to validate process feasibility, update data as necessary, provide drawings to the supplier, lead Design Reviews, manage CAD file exchanges with the customer, and participate in checking fixture validation. During the tuning phase, you may participate in tool trials, manage sample manufacturing and process validation, and suggest modifications to meet project requirements. Throughout the project, you will report the status of Design Reviews, CAD data timing plan, and action plan to the EPM, while documenting and applying lessons learned to improve design processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have 7-10 years of experience in a similar capacity.,
