Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Quality Technicians to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in quality control with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with quality instruments, the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and be capable of handling shift-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections of in-process and finished products
• Use quality instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
• Interpret and work with engineering drawings and specifications
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation
• Identify and report quality issues, assisting in root cause analysis
• Coordinate with production and other departments for quality improvements
• Handle shift operations related to quality checks and inspections

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in using quality control instruments
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle work independently during assigned shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
