Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to oversee material quality, vendor coordination, and compliance with project specifications in landscaping and gardening projects. The role involves supervising inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection of materials during or before delivery and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors for incorrect product deliveries and arrange replacements.
• Maintain quality checklists, photographic documentation, and inspection reports.
• Guide and support project teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor ongoing work at sites to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil works (or electrical knowledge works too).
• Good communication, supervision, and vendor management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to guide site teams and enforce quality standards.

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• 6 months to 1 years of experience in quality assurance, material inspection, or site supervision.
• Experience in civil engineering or real estate projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
