Quality Specialist - Website Audit

Role Overview: As a Quality Control Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct website audits for both new and existing clients. You will be performing specialized manual testing on pre-launch websites and conducting audits on live sites for the Implementation and Support teams. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Implementation Lead Specialist to support your professional growth. This is an entry-level position that offers remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the documented Implementation Quality Control Tasks before website launches and conduct Live Site Audits as directed by the Customer Support team - Assist interdepartmental Quality Control efforts to familiarize them with Development and Design processes - Engage in projects led by the Lead and Manager, taking responsibility for specific components and collaborating with teams outside the department when necessary - Rectify identified errors using the proprietary content management system (CMS) - Perform any other tasks as delegated Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent training - Strong commitment to following processes and maintaining documentation - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment and handle unforeseen demands - Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook Additional Company Details: The preferred qualifications and experience for this role include: - 3 years of relevant experience in the field or related career - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS - Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in communication both written and verbal,
