Quality Specialist - Video & Print

What You Will Do:

The Quality Analyst for Craft Worldwide will be required to:

? Create test scenarios/cases based on the business requirements

? Ensures the full application of all relevant quality assurance protocols, processes and procedures ? Responsible for checking all ALL materials for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency.

? Ensure style and branding guidelines are adhered to.

? Able to analyze the work, break it down, and recommend a course of action that is fully substantiated and documented.

? Evaluate the dimensions of banners, videos, print ads and positioning to ensure they conform to set specifications

? Documents, tracks and verifies defects and fixes in assigned applications

? Communicates clearly and effectively with customers, other departments, customer service associates, management, and peers

? Participates in ensuring that assigned projects adhere to agreed-upon functional specifications and applicable quality assurance standards

? Works on the interpretation of quality assurance issues and problems for technical and non-technical personnel

? Design QA plan for projects under the guidance of QA Head

? Manages the troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance problems and issues

? Monitors the performance of applications under development

? Works on the interpretation of quality assurance issues and problems for technical and non-technical personnel

? Must be able to work flexible hours

REQUIRED SKILLS:

? 3+ years of experience in quality control for print, video and digital media.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an expert level knowledge of English language, grammar, spelling and punctuation.

? Highly organized with great attention to detail

? Experience developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standards

? Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools

? Strong experience with cross browser and cross platform testing (PC, mobile and tablet) is a plus ? Strong experience in email and ad unit testing

? Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

? Experience writing new test cases based on requirements is a plus

? Familiarity with Agile methodology

? Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority

? Demonstrated positive, results oriented attitude

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
