The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a keen ear for customer interactions, and a passion for continuous improvement in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality standards. Identify gaps in communication and provide constructive feedback to agents. Prepare and share quality reports and trend analysis with the management team. Conduct regular calibration sessions with team leads and training managers. Maintain quality documentation, scorecards, and improvement trackers. Recommend process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
