Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts to provide comprehensive and practical testing of our products. Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Identify, track and report software defects and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Your tasks Improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of high-quality software to the clients. Conduct functional and regression testing to uncover defects that existing test cases may not cover. Ensure that products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements and user expectations. Work with other teams, including development, product management and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
