Job Description – Production Supervisor

Position: Supervisor

Qualification:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Production, Fabrication, Fitter, or related trade.

Experience:

0–1 year (Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing work.

2. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure timely completion.

3. Monitor work progress and maintain daily production records.

4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

5. Conduct visual checks and inspections on completed work.

6. Report issues, material shortages, or delays to management.

7. Assist in the planning, fitting, and installation of metal and FRP structures.

Key Skills & Attributes:

•Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and fabrication processes.

•Ability to handle small teams effectively.

•Good communication and leadership qualities.

•Strong attention to detail and work discipline.

•Awareness of industrial safety standards.

Working Hours:
General Shift

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
