Description
Location: - Prithla, Palwal Roles and Responsibilities: - Very well understand the HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) process and working. Aluminum casting knowledge is mandatory. Technically competent and experienced in Quality assurance, Quality control, Customer Handling, Product and Process Audit, Continuous Improvement, Rejection Control , Final Inspection and Standard Room. Required VDA 6.3 Core Tool and IATF certified Auditor. Knowledge of Quality equipments and core tools like SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, Calibration, Why-Why analysis, etc. Responsible for Conduct the process & product audits as per plan. Expertise in audits, including IATF, VDA 6.3, and customer audits, ensuring compliance and timely closure of non-conformities. Know about GD & T, Measuring instruments, quality drawing, etc. Understand the defects problem and take steps through with corrective/preventive action. Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints, proactively taking appropriate measures to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Delivering comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) to associates and quality inspectors, equipping them with in-depth knowledge of parts and CTQ parameter symbols as per the control plan. Leading the successful implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, such as ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 while ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements Knowledge of CMM,, hardness testers, and spectrometers, etc. Prepared and revised PFDs, control plans, and PFMEAs based on customer complaints Prepared shift schedules and skill matrices.
