Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Lead end-to-end automation testing efforts, frameworks, and strategies.
• Oversee QA processes, metrics, and compliance with internal/external quality guidelines.
• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and documentation.
• Monitor QA metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enforce QA best practices.
• Manage test case management tools and reporting metrics effectively.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Selenium automation with Java.
• Strong background in automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience as a Senior Quality Manager, with knowledge of QA processes and compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience in defining QA strategies and creating comprehensive test plans.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automation testing for SAP projects/products.
• Knowledge of START (Simple Test Automation for Regression Tests) tool.
• Familiarity with QA metrics, reporting, and test management tools.
