Key Responsibilities
1. Inspection & Quality Monitoring
* Conduct routine in-process checks and final product inspections on the production line.
* Verify dimensions, appearance, functionality, and packaging per specifications.
* Identify, document, and report defective materials or deviations.
* Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and traceability.
2. Process Control
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
* Verify machine settings, parameters, and calibration as needed.
* Support line operators in maintaining consistent quality.
3. Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and QC reports.
* Record non-conformities and assist in root-cause investigation.
* Prepare daily QC summaries for supervisors.
4. Compliance & Standards
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
* Assist during internal and external audits.
5. Communication & Coordination
* Communicate defects or quality issues to production teams promptly.
* Work with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve issues.
* Provide feedback to improve product quality and reduce waste.
6. Continuous Improvement
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
* Suggest process improvements to reduce variability and defects.
