The COO will be responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, ensuring optimal production output, quality assurance, cost management, safety compliance, and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or metallurgical engineering with substantial leadership experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
