Retention Sample Management: Ensure proper storage of all samples and documents per company policy. Manage retention of product samples by shift, day, cascade/stroke machine, and SKU. MIS Reports: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to the GM-Operations and HUL. Calibration and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of all lab instruments and equipment, ensuring timely external calibration as required. Quality & Process Internal & External Audits: Conduct monthly process and quality audits, submitting reports to GM-Operations and HUL's WCM portal.
