Coordinate with stores and purchase for availability of raw materials, rubber compounds, moulds, and inserts. Monitor actual production vs. plan, identify gaps, and take corrective actions. Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and machine utilization to ensure smooth production. Collaborate with quality control to minimize rejection and rework. Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer requirements and dispatch schedules. Maintain and update production records, planning reports, and performance metrics. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) for better efficiency. Follow safety and quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) during all planning and execution processes.
