This is a senior-level position ideal for a quality professional with 14+ years of experience across diverse construction segments Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, review, and enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for all construction activities, including structural works, finishes, flooring, and soil testing. Lead the preparation and standardization of method statements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement and monitor Project Quality Management Systems (PQMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and CQRAs Integrated Management System (IMS). Conduct project orientation and quality training programs to align all stakeholders with project-specific quality expectations. Review contractors QA/QC submissions, including ITPs, checklists, and procedures, ensuring completeness and compliance. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)initiate, track, and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Oversee soil testing and material quality evaluations to ensure suitability and adherence to engineering specifications. Conduct quality audits and site inspections, ensuring all construction activities align with project documentation and standards. Maintain and enforce a document control system to ensure version control and traceability of quality documentation. Approve QA/QC-related clearances for Running Account Bills (RA Bills) and vendor invoices. Liaise effectively with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues. Provide regular quality reports and dashboards for internal reviews and client meetings. Required Qualifications and Competencies Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). Minimum 14 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Solid understanding of IS codes, ASTM, ACI, ISO 9001, and relevant QA/QC protocols. Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills. Proficient in QA/QC documentation tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD
