Lead and facilitate the effort to instill a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization. Facilitate and lead assessment of current processes and standard work flow and identify process improvement opportunities utilizing organizational, analytical, Lean and Six sigma problem solving methodologies. Plan and facilitate the execution of various value stream mapping and improvement projects at site. Mentor OE associates and relevant site employees to apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to clearly define the operations current state value streams, driving out waste, redundant / broken processes and improving overall process execution. Lead and help to align all resources in order to execute and implement the future state the high performance operational model. Facilitate and ensure deployment of / Lean Daily Management (LDM: Tier- 0, 1, 2 &3) / Leaders Standard Work throughout the factory to accelerate the performance in all the activities. Track and report performance on organizational objectives and drive productivity and quality score on a regular basis. Work closely with FTO GMO team to learn and share best practices and for implementing OpEx initiatives across the site. Monitor, track and get the financial benefits of projects on a monthly basis and report site Metrics / Balance Scorecard to the Leadership team. Facilitate site MRMs and problem solving. Facilitate the process to review financial and non-financial benefits and for the awards. Train YB’s / GB’s and mentor the projects at Site. Lead the project and use different project management tools to deliver project including Project Milestone planning, risk assessment and mitigations, escalations, Co-ordination between cross-functional team, Monitoring and communicates project status to Leadership team, Establishing project progress communication between Supplier and Customer, Conducting E -D-L-P technical phase reviews and Technical Support to Internal & External customer. Must have electronics understanding and capable to take technical decisions and follow 7-step / 8D procedure to resolve any design/process related issues. Must be experienced in interpreting system drawings, electronic schematics, and is experienced in the use of Test Equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power meters and DC power supplies. Also, capable to understand component and system level validation . Must be good at analyzing and documenting sensor related design details, Analysis led design, DFMEA, DVP&R, Validation Test reports, 7 Step Failure analysis and PFMEA. Capable to handle sensor new development and modification projects. Good communication skills, team player and experience of project management. Driving the things to deliver by aligning/resolving all the hurdles with cross-functional team and deliver on time. Electronics or Mechatronics stream candidate is preferred.
