Quality Inspectors - Trainee

• Keeping manufacturing and test processes according to given procedures and BMW requirements
• Maintaining efficient co-operation in partnership with all departments necessary to achieve the quality assurance for electric parts assembly
• Collecting related quality data and compiling the quality report
• Filling out defect reports, pass them on to the departments in charge and update the tracker related to that.
• Ex: In case of internal complaint, Internal complaint tracker updation
• Dealing with the complaints of defect and inform related department in time.
• Ensuring the quality of products supplied to internal and external customers..
• Participating to product and process release by customer.
• Dealing with the customer complaint from BMW/MBI, participating in analysis, available stock verification and coordinating in implementation of the corrective and preventive actions
• Ensuring the movement of rejected material to quarantine area as per defined frequency
• Verification of supplier complaints, complaint form preparation and available stock verification of all BMW/MBI projects
• Perform monthly product audit of all BMW/MBI projects and completion of necessary documentation
• Ensuring all assembly boards, machines and testing equipment used for production must be in release status with Equipment release sheet.
• Verification of rework forms, internal complaint forms and material complaint forms.

Specialized knowledge / education : Diploma in Electrical/Technical system.
Work experience : 2-3 years
