QUALITY INSPECTOR

As an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, your role will involve attending daily morning meetings with section in charge and monitoring hourly inspection reports. You will be responsible for filling all required columns in the inspection reports, including route card number, part number, and shift details. Daily register rework and rejection data need to be documented, and disposal should be initiated through the section QA in charge, with setting scrap handled accordingly. In case of issues beyond the limit, you will need to obtain CAPA from the production team and initiate corrective actions promptly. Your responsibilities will also include daily Poke-yoke verification, documentation in the register, and verification of rejection and rework quantities on a day-to-day basis. It is essential to have knowledge of Control Plans and drawings before checking the parts. Monitoring green, red, and yellow cards for proper identifications, clearing parts to the next stage with proper identification, and recording NC details accurately are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will support the production and planning team in Design of Experiments (DoE) studies, demonstrate knowledge of gauges and instruments, and maintain a register for issuing and receiving special type gauges.
