Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of fabricated materials and components. 2. Should know and can use the inspection instruments like Height gage, Vernier, Micrometer, Measuring Tape and DFT Meter. 3.Inspect materials and welded assemblies for defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards 4.Should know the basics material handling and material movement process at receipt quality area. 5.In-process quality inspection and document preparation. 6.PDIR for each supply and document preparation. 7.Knowledge of painting techniques and Inspect painted surfaces for defects. 8.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. 9.Min Knowledge of QMS, ISO and other quality standards. 10.Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. 11.Document and report inspection findings, ensuring detailed records are maintained for quality assurance. 12.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment. 13.Preferred to have experience of min 1-2 years in similar profile.
