Job Title: Medical Record Incharge / Medical Record Executive Location: Sterling Hospital, Vadodara, Gujarat Experience Required: 1 to 5 years Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Records Technology (DMRT) Diploma in Health Information Management (HIM) B.Sc. in Medical Records Science Salary: Up to 35,000 per month (Based on current salary and relevant experience) Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of ICD Coding and Medical Terminology Understanding of Legal and Medico-Legal Documentation Handling of Death & Birth Registrations , Court Cases , and MLC Cases Preparation of Medical Certificates Experience in conducting Monthly and Quarterly Indicators Involvement in Active and Passive Audits Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and complete documentation in medical records Handle and maintain medico-legal case files and court documentation Coordinate birth and death certificate registrations in compliance with legal standards Assist in internal and external audits related to medical records Prepare medical certificates and support clinical departments with documentation needs Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records Monitor and report performance indicators of the department regularly How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their CV via: WhatsApp: 8319754909 Email: yogesh.srivastav@sterlinghospitals.com
