Job Title: Quality Incharge – Garment Unit

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Incharge to oversee and manage the quality control processes in our garment production unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that garments meet the company's and clients’ quality standards through strict monitoring at every stage of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of production: fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
• Supervise inline and end-line quality checkers, ensuring they follow inspection protocols.
• Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections and generate reports for management and clients.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate with production, sampling, and merchandising teams to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure zero defect shipment by closely monitoring finishing and packing.
• Maintain quality-related documentation such as inspection reports, defect analysis, and corrective action reports.
• Train workers and checkers on quality standards and improvement techniques.
• Monitor AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards and ensure compliance during inspections.
• Ensure adherence to buyer-specific quality standards and protocols.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams and buyers’ QA representatives during audits.
• Continuously strive to improve quality performance and reduce rework/rejection rates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, quality parameters, and inspection systems.
• Strong understanding of AQL systems, buyer standards, and quality SOPs.
• Eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like quality audit checklists, defect classification, and root cause analysis techniques.

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in quality control within a garment manufacturing setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
