Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media to generate new sales opportunities Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information and interaction history Follow up on warm leads and conduct product demonstrations or presentations when required Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to support campaign efforts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer trends Continuously learn about company products/services and market trends to better serve clients Requirements: Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar sales role (1–3 years preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,905.63 - ₹20,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
