  • Monitoring and Analyzing Quality Data:

  • They track quality metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
  • Leading Quality Audits:

  • The Quality Head leads internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing Quality Control Activities:

  • They oversee all quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and evaluation, to ensure products and services meet established standards.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement:
