Position – Plant Quality Head (Assistant Manager)

Experience :- 10+ Years

Responsibilities -

1. Knowledge of Press shop process - Knowledge of Press Tools and Press part Defects and analysis

2. Knowledge of Weld Shop process - Projection welding, Robotic welding

3. Knowledge of Destructive Tests - Weld penetration, Tensile testing, and Load Test.

4. Knowledge of IATF, QMS, TPM & Exposure to VDA6.3 will be added advantage

5. Basic Knowledge of Receiving Inspection and all Chemical Testing of RM grades

6. Advance knowledge of all Problem solving tools ( 8D, 4M1T, Why Why Analysis etc..)

7. Basic Knowledge of CMM and Polyworks software

8. Deep Knowledge of MSA, PFMEA,SPC,PPAP, APQP

9. Communicacion skills with fluent in English language

10. Certification as Internal Auditor - Not Mandatory

Location – Sanand (Gujrat) & Aurangabad (Maharashtra)
