Quality Executive

• Ensure effective implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
• Monitor Departmental Quality Indicators and conduct periodic mock drills.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs for internal audits based on NABH standards.
• Undertake quality initiatives, audits, and risk management in coordination with the Quality Team and Unit Head.
• Coordinate and conduct training programs; implement Quality Management System (QMS) and Technical Management System (TMS) in line with certification and accreditation requirements.
• Train and educate staff and new joiners on emergency codes and hospital policies.
• Coordinate activities related to quality certifications and accreditations (e.g., NABH).
• Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs and initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to enhance quality protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to staff for adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
• Maintain hospital quality standards, NABH protocols, and policies.
• Maintain Quality Indicators (monthly, quarterly, yearly basis).
• Ensure quality services across clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Perform periodic assessments of quality checklists and mock drills.
• Orient all new staff to QA procedures and processes.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and accurate documentation.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Hospital Administration with minimum knowledge of NABH.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
