The primary responsibilities of this role include: Ensuring compliance with all corporate policies related to slimming, as well as overseeing the center's adherence to quality executions based on parameters set by R&D. Reviewing the center's weight loss performance and coordinating with the team to enhance success rates and regularity. Collecting detailed information about clients, including personal, behavioral, medical, and activity-related details through Health and Habit Analysis before designing weight management or slimming programs. Managing the implementation of the DNA Slim program for each client, including the collection of DNA samples, laboratory processing, and personalized diet and activity recommendations based on DNA analysis reports. Conducting various assessments, measurements, and weight recording accurately, and ensuring all data is correctly entered into the software system. Counseling and educating clients on appropriate diets, menu planning, and healthy food preparation methods for weight management and overall wellness. Planning and administering sessions tailored to individual client requirements and booked packages. Monitoring and reviewing client progress, conducting group counseling sessions when needed, and providing guidance to clients facing weight plateaus in collaboration with the in-house medical team. Coordinating with physiotherapists and ensuring the maintenance and calibration of equipment in the slimming section. Managing client appointments, conducting follow-ups, and organizing in-house events to keep clients motivated and engaged. Ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing sales through cross-selling services, and maintaining duty rosters for staff. Reading and implementing slimming-related communications from corporate and R&D, as well as conducting induction for new staff members and regular staff meetings. Maintaining hygiene standards, records, and stock levels related to slimming operations. Analyzing performance metrics, handling client complaints effectively, and ensuring the availability of informative materials in the center. Managing slimming department processes and roles as per the authorization matrix, including purchase requisitions and data reporting requirements. Updating training status for staff, identifying training needs, and motivating team members to achieve sales and service delivery targets. Regularly checking and analyzing reports to improve service delivery and client outcomes. Additionally, the role may involve generating records from slimming cards/software, participating in outdoor duties for slimming events or other assignments as required by the company.
