Job Description

Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Must have skills :AWS Glue
Good to have skills :Data & AI Solution Architecture
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your expertise to enhance quality processes and methodologies. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, ensuring timely test execution and efficient defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Proficiency in AWS Glue, Data & AI Solution Architecture.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Data & AI Solution Architecture.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Glue.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
