Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the intricacies of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics that will help manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of all initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and processes, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Docker (Software).- Strong understanding of containerization concepts and orchestration tools.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex software environments.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Docker (Software).- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
