Quality Engineer (Tester)

Project Role Description :
Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:We are looking for a CCaaS Functional Tester with hands-on experience in Cyara Velocity, Cruncher and IVR/Voice testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating customer experience flows across Voice, IVR, Email, SMS, and Chat channels. Roles & Responsibilities:?¢Perform functional and regression testing of IVR and contact center workflows.?¢Create, update, and execute test cases using Cyara Velocity.?¢Validate DTMF, prompts, call routing logic, and basic NLU responses.?¢Execute and analyze results for Velocity regression dashboards.?¢Work with QA leads to log defects, perform retesting, and maintain test artifacts.?¢Assist in test data creation and test documentation for CCaaS implementations.?¢Collaborate with developers and BA teams to understand call flows and requirements.Professional & Technical
Skills:
  • ?¢Hands-on Cyara Velocity exposure (must-have).?¢Strong understanding of IVR flows, call routing, DTMF, voice prompts.?¢Experience testing Voice, Email, SMS, or Chat channels in CCaaS platforms.?¢Basic understanding of conversational bot testing (NLU concepts preferred).?¢Ability to interpret test reports and analyze failures.
  • Good to Have?¢Experience with Genesys Cloud / Amazon Connect / NICE CXone.?¢Knowledge of REST API testing (Postman or similar tools).?¢Basic automation scripting exposure.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
