Quality Engineer - Specialist - Operate

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, UiPath, or other relevant technologies. - Write, execute, and manage automated test scripts using scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices with tools like Cucumber. - Create automated test cases to validate software functionality and quality. - Integrate automation tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Utilize test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM for defect tracking and reporting. - Troubleshoot and enhance automation scripts to enhance test efficiency. - Collaborate with development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to enhance test automation coverage and performance. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize test scripts. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing and framework development. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, UiPath, or similar tools. - Strong command over scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with BDD methodologies (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow). - Familiarity with test case development and execution. - Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice To Have: - Automation testing certification (e.g., ISTQB Automation, UiPath Certification, Selenium Certification). - Experience in API automation testing. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
