In the realm of testing and quality assurance at PwC, your role will involve evaluating systems or software applications to identify defects, errors, or functionality gaps. You will be responsible for executing various test cases and scenarios to ensure that the system meets specified requirements and functions as intended. As a valued member of a dynamic team, you are expected to be dependable, adaptable, take ownership, and consistently deliver high-quality work that adds value for our clients and contributes to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks utilizing tools such as Selenium, UiPath, or other relevant technologies. - Write, execute, and manage automated test scripts using scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices with tools like Cucumber. - Create automated test cases to validate software functionality and quality. - Integrate automation tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Utilize test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or HP ALM for defect tracking and reporting. - Troubleshoot and enhance automation scripts to enhance test efficiency. - Collaborate with development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to enhance test automation coverage and performance. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize test scripts. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing and framework development. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, UiPath, or similar tools. - Strong command over scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Hands-on experience with BDD methodologies (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow). - Familiarity with test case development and execution. - Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice To Have: - Automation testing certification (e.g., ISTQB Automation, UiPath Certification, Selenium Certification). - Experience in API automation testing. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
