The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in ISO standards implementation and in-process inspection. This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 . Plan and coordinate internal and external audits , including third-party and surveillance audits. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure adherence to quality requirements at all stages of production. Identify process non-conformities and assist in the root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Maintain and update documentation related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) , Environmental Management Systems (EMS) , and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) . Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance and system effectiveness . Prepare audit reports, maintain audit records, and track closure of audit findings. Support training and awareness sessions related to quality and ISO standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall system efficiency and product quality. Candidate Requirements: Education: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience: 15 years in a Quality role with exposure to ISO standards and in-process inspections. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Familiarity with audit processes and documentation. Hands-on experience with in-process inspection tools and techniques.

Quality Assurance & InspectionConduct in-process and final inspections of components, assemblies, and finished goods.Ensure that products conform to specified dimensions, tolerances, and functional standards.Develop and maintain inspection protocols, checklists, and quality assurance documentation.Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM machines) effectively. 2. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective ActionsIdentify, document, and investigate non-conforming materials or products.Initiate corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) and follow up on implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. 3. Process Monitoring & ImprovementAnalyze data and quality metrics to identify trends, process deviations, and improvement areas.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing.Suggest process modifications or tool improvements for quality enhancement. 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of inspections, audits, test results, and defect reports. Prepare and present quality analysis reports, deviation summaries, and performance dashboards.Ensure that all quality control documentation complies with ISO standards and industry best practices. 5. Supplier Quality Management Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on product quality, capability, and compliance. Conduct supplier audits and coordinate with vendors to resolve quality-related issues.Monitor incoming material quality and report supplier performance trends. 6. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, certifications, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, GMP).Promote safety standards during product testing, material handling, and inspection procedures.Participate in internal and external audits and support audit readiness initiatives.

1.To carry out in process inspection for electronics, mechanical & optics parts & application testing Ensuring all quality compliance as per QAP during in process inspection. 2.To analyze / resolve quality problem& QMS / customer complaint on technical ground and inform to concerned departments for corrective action through 7 QC tools. 3.To identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective action in consultation with concerned departments through 7 QC tools. 4.To run the improvement program such as quality improvement Projects , 5S & KAIZEN Program & QMS . 5.To prepare the MIS of In process quality department 6.Overall In charge of In process QC. 7.To conduct & maintain test record of In process Quality. 8.To ensure that purchased products conform to specific requirements and to report Suppliers 9.Quality performance to Good Manufacturing Practices 10.Knowledge of ISO 9001 -2015 & EOHS 14001-45001 11.Vendor audit as per ISO 9001-2015 standard.
