Key Responsibilities Understand product requirements and use cases to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing. Log detailed and clear defects in tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and follow up with the development team for resolutions. Validate defect fixes and perform necessary re-testing. Collaborate with developers and product managers in agile sprint cycles. Participate in design and specification reviews to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Maintain detailed test documentation and reports. Contribute to improving overall test processes and QA best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in manual software testing. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) processes and documentation. Handle PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities in line with customer requirements. Conduct parts inspection, testing, and validation using various quality tools and instruments. Implement and monitor IATF 16949 quality management system standards. Utilize Statistical Quality Control (SQC) techniques to monitor and improve product quality. Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving using tools like 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Why. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, and Customer Support for quality improvement. Ensure continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and compliance.
