Job Title : Quality Engineer Real Estate Experience Required : 10+ Years Location : Moshi, Pune Note : we are looking for candidate from Real Estate Industry only Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a solid background in the real estate industry to join our team in Moshi, Pune . The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in quality management, ensuring that all real estate projects meet the highest industry standards. This role will involve overseeing the quality control processes throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction to final handover. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure all real estate construction projects comply with industry standards, local regulations, and safety norms. Conduct site inspections and audits regularly to verify that construction work is being carried out according to design specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address any quality issues during the execution of construction activities. Ensure the adherence to construction quality guidelines, including safety, durability, and functionality of all materials and processes. Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality reports, tracking defects, rework, and corrective actions, and ensuring all are closed in a timely manner. Coordinate the testing and approval of materials, equipment, and systems to meet project quality requirements. Identify potential quality risks in construction processes and develop risk mitigation strategies. Provide technical guidance and training on quality standards to project teams and stakeholders. Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving overall construction performance. Manage and maintain quality documentation and records to ensure compliance with internal and external auditing requirements. Review and evaluate project designs to ensure they are practical, safe, and cost-effective from a quality standpoint. Act as the key point of contact for clients regarding any quality concerns or queries, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the real estate or construction industry. Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes and standards. Proven experience in quality assurance frameworks such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma. Ability to analyze data and produce quality reports for management and stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and manage teams. Proficiency in construction software and quality management tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
